Meet Giulia

Hey there! I'm Giulia, a Chef and Holistic Nutritional Consultant with a passion for all things food and health.

 

My own health journey began at the age of 7 when I was diagnosed with Leukemia. Back then, my diet was pretty limited to noodles and chicken nuggets but post-treatment, I started exploring new foods and flavors. Sadly, Leukemia revisited my life at 11. Amidst the challenges, I found solace in the nourishing power of food, nurturing a dream to one day open a restaurant serving wholesome meals.

 

Teenage years brought their own challenges as my relationship with food got a bit rocky. I went down the strict diet route, lost a bunch of weight, messed up my hormones (goodbye, periods!), and wrestled with an eating disorder. But hey, life's about learning, right? So, I hit the therapist's office and did some serious soul-searching.

 

In the meantime, I pursued my culinary dreams, working in restaurants and cooking up a storm as a private chef. But the hunger for knowledge never faded, leading me back to school for a Holistic Nutrition diploma.

 

Now, armed with culinary prowess, nutritional wisdom, and self-experience, I'm dedicated to guiding others towards optimal health. My purpose is clear: to help you unearth the best version of yourself through the transformative power of food and holistic wellness.
